control-CE Explained

Features

Process Mapping, Business Improvement, Business Reengineering, Business Transformation, Software Package Implementation, Compliance, Continuity Management.

Whatever the project, it all starts with an understanding of the business from a process and metrics perspective. That means mapping processes, and identifying KPIs.

To get REAL ownership and buy-in they need to be developed in LIVE workshops. Control 2007 was designed to be used confidently by consultants with little training, in live workshops where people have a short interest span.

Whilst Control 2007 has some great process mapping functionality, it extends beyond simply creating hierarchies of diagrams. You can link to supporting information such as documents, forms, screenshots, data tables and applications. You can analyze the implications of change with the Activity Based Costing functionality, or build a business case for taking a project forward. It also allows you to consider the overall performance of the business with the ability to show scorecard and metrics information in the context of processes, displayed as traffic lights, gauges or hard numbers.
